Project impact

Train services will continue to operate as planned during the redevelopment and Network Rail will minimise disruption for the travelling public.

We know how important it is to reduce the impact of our work during construction. As a result the work would be carried out in two phases, with most construction taking place off the station itself so that the impact on passengers is minimised.

We will keep services running as planned throughout the work and will work considerately so that noise and dust from our work is kept to a minimum.
